1. General Refund Terms
At ChinexBuy, we act as a sourcing agent. Because the items we source are specifically procured upon your request, all sales are considered final once the sourcing and purchasing process has begun.
2. Exceptions and Quality Control
Before shipping any item to you, we conduct a thorough Quality Control (QC) check and provide you with photos/videos of the item. If you identify a significant flaw during the QC stage, we will arrange for an exchange with the supplier before it is shipped internationally.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping courier to file a claim and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Process for Claims
To start a claim, you must contact us at support@chinexbuy.com with your order details and clear photos of any damage. Do not return items without prior authorization.
